Charlotte is a highly qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser, boasting an impressive career spanning over 15 years in the financial industry. Her journey began with a five-year tenure at a prominent corporate firm, initially as a Mortgage Services Senior Consultant and later progressing to the role of Mortgage Services Manager. In 2017, Charlotte embarked on a new chapter by joining a local independent mortgage company nestled in the heart of Brighton.
Over the years, Charlotte has diligently expanded her knowledge and cultivated valuable connections within the industry. This accumulated expertise naturally led to her decision to establish her own brokerage in 2021.

Charlotte offers a wealth of insight, not only in the realm of mortgage services but also in the domain of protection-related services. Business insurance is Charlotte's specialty, where her expertise stands out. She takes pride in guiding clients through the entire process, maintaining the utmost professionalism and delivering clear advice on how to safeguard client’s homes, families and businesses.

Beyond the workplace, Charlotte's interests expand into the realm of participating in and watching sports. She actively engages in her local 5-a-side women's football league, both taking to the pitch as a player and contributing as a sponsor. She has recently taken up social volleyball and enjoys long walks with her dog, Jasper.
Jane Carty
Personal Assistant
After starting her financial career in mortgages and secured loans, Jane spent almost 20 years in the Corporate Finance Sector with Barclays. After relocating from London and escaping the Canary Wharf commute, she settled on the South Coast and decided to return to her roots in the Mortgage Industry.
Jane’s personable nature and passion for achieving the best possible outcomes ensure that every client feels supported and confident throughout their mortgage journey. Whether they are purchasing their first home or expanding their buy-to-let portfolio, she takes a personal and client-focused approach, supporting individuals in achieving their property goals.
Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with family and friends across the country and exploring the countryside on long walks with her Springer Spaniel, Roxie. She is actively involved in her local community, serving as treasurer for the social club, putting her finance skills to further use!
Louisa O'Reilly
Mortgage Administrator
Louisa brings a wealth of experience from a 12-years working in the car sales industry where she worked up to becoming the top sales professional within her region. Since starting a family, Louisa found that her career direction has moved towards customer service.

With her background in the car sales industry, Louisa is well-versed in operating within Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines, underscoring her commitment to adherence to regulatory standards.

Louisa has worked for Your Mortgage Room since 2021 and is dedicated to contributing to our structure and values, particularly by channelling her enthusiasm for customer service and using her meticulous eye for detail to assist clients on their mortgage journey.

Outside of the office, Louisa enjoys the art of cooking and experimenting with new recipes to host her friends and family. Louisa loves escaping to the countryside for weekend breaks and taking long walks with her family.
Sarah Fish
Marketing Executive
Sarah brings a fresh perspective to her role as Marketing Executive at Your Mortgage Room, drawing on her creativity and strong communication skills from her 11-year career as a primary school teacher.
Since relocating from Hampshire to Brighton a few years ago, she has embraced the world of marketing, developing her expertise in SEO, social media, and website management.
Outside of work, Sarah is also a skilled massage therapist and enjoys making the most of life on the South Coast. She loves exploring Sussex on long walks, unwinding at the beach saunas, experimenting with new recipes at home and trying the many restaurants that the city has to offer.
